Appointment Policy

We reserve an allowable amount of time for each patient's appointment for your comfort and the careful completion of treatment. It is not our usual practice to 'double book' (except for emergencies), and we rarely keep our patients waiting. Out of respect to our other patients, we cannot accept repetitive cancellations, short-notice changes, or no-shows. Please be assured that we will give every consideration for unavoidable conflicts and unexpected crises.

A minimum charge of $25.00 may be charged for missed appointments and appointments cancelled without 24 hours advance notice.
