Appointment Policy

We reserve enough time for each patient’s appointment for your comfort and the careful completion of treatment. It is not our usual practice to “double book” Dr. Wuensch (except for emergencies involving pain), and we rarely keep our patients waiting. An appointment in our schedule with your name on it is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and that you will be present for that appointment. Out of respect to our other patients and ourselves, we cannot accept repetitive cancellations, short-notice changes, or no-shows.

We cannot accept changes left on our answering machine less than 24 hours in advance. Consequently, we reserve the right to bill you for your failed appointments. Please be assured that we will give every consideration for unavoidable conflicts and unexpected crises.
